Dear Future Mentors

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic college Christian athletes who are eager to inspire and uplift the next generation of athletes to excel ON and OFF the field of play! If you’re a current collegiate student-athlete with a passion for lifting up others, believe in the power of sports to transform lives for the best, and desire to play an important role in shaping the lives of future athletes, we want you on our team!

Imagine the joy of guiding young athletes aged 10-17 as they navigate their sports journeys, helping them set goals, overcome challenges, and grow in their faith. Your unique experiences and insights can light the way for these aspiring athletes, showing them that with hard work and dedication, they can achieve their dreams both on and off the field. Success leaves clues – and we hope YOU can be part of that blueprint for the next generation of amazing athletes and leaders.

So, if you’re ready to share your wisdom and make a life-long impact on a young athlete, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Let’s build greatness together!

Mentors, Get Started with Play In Faith

1. Complete the Sign-Up Form

Provide the information on this link to start the conversation! We do our best to reply within 2-3 business days.

2. Interview & Onboarding

Qualified applicants, based on both resume and current Play In Faith areas of need, will be invited to participate in a 15 minute introductory Zoom call/interview, with a potential secondary call as well. We look forward to meeting you and getting to know one another! We will be happy to answer your questions on the call, as well as ask a few of our own 😉

3. Let's Make an IMPACT!

Once the interview process and background screening is successfully completed, we get to work on finding you a great mentee-match! Demand can ebb and flow, especially as we get ramped up nation-wide, so most mentors will start with just 1 or 2 mentees a week. We try to cap at 3-4 max at a time, so true personal relationships can be forged. You will be a BIG part of this athlete’s life!
