I believe it’s when we pour in so much, we make ourselves LESS important to success rather than more. Can we build up others so much that we can take a back seat and let THEM lead?? It took me 20+ years to learn that lesson – it was counter-intuitive to all my high-achiever entreprenuer instincts.
